Cancellation Policies
If you have scheduled an appointment and can not make it for any reason, it is office policy that a 24 hour notice be provided. If there is not a 24 hour cancellation notice and/or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged in full for the scheduled office visit.
